About the Event
Following the success of online events over the past year (i.e. greater attendance numbers than ever before!) we are holding this year's AGM on Zoom.
The AGM focus will be on replacing the Treasurer and 3 Committee who recently resigned due to their paid work and/or study commitments. In accordance with NZANLP Constitution we need a committee of five; President, Treasurer, Secretary and two Committee Members as we need a quorum of four at every meeting to approve Minutes, pass payments and make any decisions that are necessary. Without a Management Committee NZANLP will either go into abeyance or fold up.
Proxy votes must be completed by 20th June 2021 and emailed to email@example.com. All attendee votes will be taken live at the AGM.
Please remember that voting rights are limited to paid Professional Members and Associates, and pre-registered proxy votes on the form above may be changed during the live meeting by the nominated representative.
